2nd Annual “Pedal for a Purpose” Charity Ride
On Saturday, January 12 at 1:00 p.m. at Cyclebar in Northville, you can “Pedal for a Purpose” for RMHCAA families. Members of the Red Shoe Society invite you to jumpstart your year with an exciting workout while benefiting RMHCAA. Registration costs $30 per person and and includes a 45 minute ride, cycling shoes, and post-ride snacks and drinks. Register here.

The Red Shoe Society of Ann Arbor is a group of young professionals, 22 years of age and older, committed to the mission of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Ann Arbor (RMHCAA) and dedicated to providing a “home away from home” for families of children experiencing a serious illness or injury requiring hospitalization or treatment, which assists in alleviating the families’ emotional and financial stress. Our mission is to support RMHCAA through service, fundraising and advocacy. We accomplish our mission in the following ways:
- Providing volunteer support to the Ronald McDonald House individually and as a group through meal programs, family activities and administrative tasks.
- Facilitating small-scale fundraisers and assisting with the execution of the annual Holiday Shop and Red Shoe Affair fundraiser.
- Sharing the work of RMHCAA with our peers and networks, actively promoting the board and working to increase membership.
